CPC Choirs and Dance Ensembles

Children's Choirs
All of our children's choirs meet on Thursday afternoons from October through April as part of the OASIS program. All participants in OASIS sing in the choirs and learn important musical and leadership skills to enable their full participation in the worshiping life of the church and to realize their full potential to lift their voices to God. All three groups sing regularly as part of Sunday worship and as part of a very special and exciting annual spring musical. Past musicals have included "Oh Jonah," "It's Cool in the Furnace," "Dave!," "The Peaceable Kingdom," "The Rich Man, The Builder, and the Feast," "Fat, Fat Jehoshaphat," and "Heroes of the Faith," and "Once Upon a Parable." The children's choirs also participate in Adventure into Christmas, Christmas Eve services, and the Community Thanksgiving Service. Be sure to enroll you children during the fall OASIS enrollment period, and be prepared to see them shine!

Hallelujah Chorus
This choir is for children grades 3 to 5, and they provide leadership for worship five or six times during the year. This chours is directed by Dr. Sándor Szabó

Joyful Noise Choir
This choir is for children grades 1 and 2, and they provide leadership for worship five or six times during the year.

Angel Choir
This choir is for children 3 years old through Kindergarten. They provide leadership for worship four to five times during the year, including Adventure into Christmas.

Children's Chorus
This chorus is for children in grades 3 through 6 and rhearses on Sunday mornings at 11:00 am. Their director is Dr. Sándor Szabó

Youth Choir
This choir choir is for students in grades 7 through 12 and rehearses on Sundays at 12:00 noon. Dr. Sándor Szabó also directs this choir.
