Nicodemus
John 3:1-21
Under the large Pentecost window on the north wall of the sanctuary are four windows which show scenes of private or intimate conversations which Jesus had with just one or two people. The first pictures Nicodemus, a Pharisee and ruler of the Jews. He knows that Jesus could not perform the miracles that he did without being a man who came from God. Nicodemus came to him one night and Jesus taught him about the need for spiritual rebirth. “Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except anyone be born again, he or she cannot see the kingdom of God.”
