SAGE's mission is to support the independence, well being and quality of life of older adults, their families and caregivers, through the provision of client-centered health, social and support services. Monies from CPC will help to fund the Environmental Support for Aging Adults project. This project works to improve the safety in the home environment of low-income older adults.

CPC members can volunteer for work crews that remove clutter and tripping hazards, reorganize kitchens and bathrooms and install safety equipment in senior living quarters.
